I unintentionally deleted the app. Do I have to pay again?

You will still have access to the content, provided you use the same account as before. It will not be necessary to purchase a subscription again, even if the app is reinstalled.

Just download the app again to continue having fun!

If the videos are locked when you reinstall it, please follow the instructions below to reinstate your access. There will be no extra charges for this process.

-  Apple devices: at PlayKids' Settings menu tap 'Restore Subscription'

-  Android devices: Delete PlayKids and then install it again.
