I'm a subscriber and my videos are still locked!

If you have an active subscription and the videos are locked, please follow the instructions below to restore your purchase. There will be no extra charges for this process.

-  Apple devices: Access Settings in the app’s Home menu and press the 'Restore Purchases' button.

-  Android devices:

  1. Uninstall PlayKids;
  2. Sign out of your Google accounts. To do this, from your Apps screen tap Settings >  Accounts > Google > tap the account > Remove account;
  3. Enter the Google Play Store and login with the account with which you already have a subscription.
  4. Download PlayKids again.
