I have downloaded videos, but they don’t play!

Have you already downloaded the videos and they’re freezing during playback?

This problem is often caused by slow internet connections or intermittent WiFi or data signal. We highly recommend you always download videos while connected on a fast WiFi network and refrain from closing the app during download.

When this happens, we recommend you delete all videos that don't work and download them again. To delete these videos, on PlayKids' Settings menu tap "Manage Download" on an Apple device and then delete all defective videos, or if you're using an Android device tap "Delete All Videos".

Then, just download them again, and be sure to follow our tips above so your download go as smooth as it can be!
