Videos must be downloaded so they can be available for offline use. So before you visit somewhere where you won’t have internet access, we recommend you download your child’s favorite cartoons beforehand.
After download is done, check if videos were downloaded properly before leaving. Videos might be downloaded incorrectly if you use a very slow or unstable internet connection.
If you’ve already downloaded the videos and they do not play properly, you'll need to delete those videos and download them again: under PlayKids' Settings menu, for Apple devices, tap "Manage Download", and for Android devices tap "Delete All Videos"
