In order to help you, we need the exact email you used to make your signature or its GPA number.
If you do not remember, you can find all the Gmail email you've used on your device. Do the following:
Open your device's Settings> Accounts> Google.
And in the Google Play Store, go to Menu> Account> Signatures> PlayKids.
