You can watch videos that have already been downloaded even if you are without internet!
To watch videos without the internet, you must enable Download (Android) or Auto-Download (iOS) so that they are stored on your phone. Then you can see them anywhere!
For this to work, please follow the steps below:
- Click on Settings on the app home screen > find the Download (Android) or Auto-Download (iOS).
- Download the videos you want to watch without internet.
- Put the phone in Airplane Mode to see if they are working.
Videos with the Download symbol 
in the lower right corner are available for download, so just tap the video icon and wait for the download to finish! During this process, avoid getting out of the wagon.
Once the video is selected to be downloaded, it will change from dark to light, showing the progress of the download. When the Play symbol 
appears in the lower right corner, it is ready to play! During this process, do not leave the wagon.
Videos that have already been downloaded, and which there’s the Play symbol in the lower right corner, are already on your device and you can access it whenever you want, even if you are currently with no Internet access.
Videos tagged with padlocks 
in the lower right corner need a Signature to be unlocked. If you already have a subscription, just Log in, if you do not, subscribe to have much more fun with PlayKids!
It is important that you do not leave the wagon or the application during the download, so the videos will be downloaded and you will avoid further problems in displaying the drawings.
We advise you to always download the contents first and check if they are working by turning the airplane mode on and checking if it is possible to watch them in the application.
