If you have an active subscription and videos are padlocked, make sure you have your PlayKids Account logged in and then the Status of your subscription.
To verify that you are logged in to a PlayKids Account, you can follow the steps below.
With the device connected, open the PlayKids application.
iOS devices:
- In the App, access the settings in the upper icon and enter the 3-number-code in the "Grown-ups" menu.
- Check if your PlayKids Account is Logged in.
Android devices:
- . In the App, access the settings in the upper icon and enter the 3-number-code in the "Grown-ups" menu.
- Check if your PlayKids Account is Logged in.
If you verify that your PlayKids Account is logged in but the videos are still locked, you can
send an email to our Support team.
