If you have an active subscription and the videos are locked, please follow the instructions below to restore your purchase. There will be no extra charges for this process.
- Apple devices: Access Settings in the app’s Home menu and press the 'Restore Subscription' button.
- Android devices:
- Uninstall PlayKids;
- Sign out of your Google accounts. To do this, from your Apps screen tap Settings > Accounts > Google > tap the account > Remove account;
- Enter the Google Play Store and login with the account with which you already have a subscription.
- Download PlayKids again.
