Please check the following possibilities:
- PlayKids is in Silent mode: in the Parental Controls there is an option to mute the app. Click this option to turn on the audio.
- You have muted your device: on the side of your iPhone or iPad, there is a switch that activates Silent mode. Your device does not emit any sounds when in Silent mode, so please activate the switch to turn Silent mode off.
- Volume is too low: make sure the volume on your device is not on mute or very low.
