What do I do to prevent my child from exiting the app?

The Guided Access feature in Apple devices keeps children from leaving PlayKids while they watch videos, even when tapping the Home button.

To activate it, follow these step-by-step instructions:

1. Tap your device's Settings.
2. Then, tap General > Accessibility > Guided Access.
3. Activate the Guided Access switch.
4. Enter a code to control the use of Guided Access.

After that, you will need to do some things within the PlayKids app to prevent your child from leaving the screen.

1. Open PlayKids.
2. Tap the Home button 3 times.
3. Tap Start to start Guided Access.

There! Your children can use the app without exiting it.

To deactivate Guided Access, do the following:

1. Tap the Home button 3 times.
2. Tap Exit.
3. Enter the Pass Code.
