If you are having trouble watching a video on your Android device, there are a few possibilities. We will take you through some simple steps to figure out why that might be.
In case your device does not have a memory card, please contact us through the official channels mentioned at the end of this article. However, if it does have one, keep reading and we will do our best to help you.
First, you will need to check if the device you are using has identified your SD Card or even if the card itself is correctly inserted. In order to do that, open your device's "Settings" app and click on "Storage & USB"; on the list, tap your SD card to see if it is correctly set up. You will also be able to check all the information on how much space is still available and/or used up.
After that, you will also have to check your PlayKids App's "Settings" and make sure the "Use a memory card" option is selected.
Assuming everything is in order, the next step is verifying if the SD Card of your choice is full, or if it contains less storage than advertised. We suggest you contact your card's manufacturer or look for alternative methods online to ensure it is working properly.
