Cancellation depends on how did you start your subscription and therefore how are you billed.
If you are being billed through your phone line, please click here to see how you can cancel these charges.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, the billing appears for you as “Apple” or “Google” in your invoice, you can cancel the renewal following these steps:
- Apple: View, change, or cancel your subscriptions
- Google: Cancel, pause, or change a subscription on Google Play
If you’re billed through credit card, but the billing appears for you as “PlayKids” you need to e-mail us by clicking here and ask for the cancellation. We will answer as soon as possible.
